Monica (Lopez) Foster’s career as a stylist began in 1995 in San Francisco. She apprenticed at two of the Bay Area's most noted salons: Architects and Heroes and di Pietro Todd. She continues to master her art by pursuing further education and advanced training in all areas of hairstyling. She specializes in beautiful and expressive haircuts and styling — for everyday as well as formal occasions including up-dos, extensions and bridal hair design. Monica believes deeply in connecting with and educating her clients, so they can consistently maintain the style and condition of their hair and feel beautiful every day.
Originally from Southern California, Amy began her career in 1992. She received extensive education in haircolor at the Gates Salon in Pasadena and di Pietro Todd in San Francisco. Amy’s artistry includes color corrections and natural looking color techniques. She is truly inspired by the creation of beautiful, dimensional, and healthy hair color.
Cony Kwan apprenticed and qualified as a stylist at Vidal Sassoon San Francisco in 1997. She is an expert in both classic and creative geometric cuts with a goal to better herself every day. Her passion for the latest styles and trends inspires her to constantly evolve. In addition, advanced coloring training at Vidal Sassoon Academy allows her to proudly create the perfect look for her clients, incorporating all aspects of color. Her eye for detail, temperament and masterful skills makes her a premier stylist/colorist.
Srutih Asher Colbert
Srutih has been passionate about making hair beautiful since 1985. She trained with Yosh Toya in San Francisco where she spent the bulk of her career traveling the country teaching and inspiring other professionals to cut hair that falls into place effortlessly and grows out beautifully. She spent many years training the staff at Yosh for Hair. Srutih is highly efficient and skilled at precision haircutting, with creativity to match — from a classic shape, sexy long layers, a smooth blowout, to the trendiest cutting edge style, you will leave her chair looking and feeling great.
Ari graduated from CSUH with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing in 2004. She completed cosmetology school the same year to pursue her true passion of being a hair stylist. She started her styling career at True Salon where she additionally became an educator. In pursuit of expanding her knowledge of hair artistry, Ari has traveled to Europe, Los Angeles, and to New York.
Ari is a former owner of Salon Vie, a successful salon, in Menlo Park. Her passion is to create beautiful, manageable, and effortless hair, trendsetting or classic, that fits each client’s lifestyle.
Ari is certified as a Redken Color Specialist, American Board Color Specialist, Keratin Specialist, Japanese Straightening Specialist, in Vidal Sassoon Precision Cutting, and in TIGI Trend Cutting. Her product knowledge includes Kerastase, Bumble and Bumble, TIGI, Pureology, Redken, Icon, Rene Furterer, and Sojourn.
Diana's passion for hair began as a young girl and blossomed into a career in 2003. She has received advanced training from some of the top academies in the industry, such as The Redken Exchange, Vidal Sassoon Academy and Toni & Guy Academy.
She specializes in all aspects of the beauty industry ranging from classic to modern cuts and natural to creative color - as well as extensions and special occasion hair and makeup for your "BIG" day.
She continues to receive advanced education to keep up with the latest styles and trends to improve her expertise to fit her clients' needs. Diana believes in bringing out the beauty in every individual and her priority is to always keep her clients beautiful and happy.
Ashley, creative and candid; a native northern Californian who has no qualms about starting her career with a migration to Santa Barbara and Monterey.
Graduated from Cal State Monterey Bay with a degree in communication. While in Santa Barbara, earned a license in Cosmetology and then assisted at the Walter Claudio Salon where she gained experience in a full service salon setting for women, men and children. Upon her arrival back up north, Ashley immersed herself in advanced education in both cut and color with classes at the Redken Exchange in New York, Vidal Sassoon in San Francisco, and American Crew; specializing in men’s cuts.
Ashley is always seeking to expand her knowledge as a stylist and is devoted to the satisfaction of her clients.
Maia’s career began in 2002 training at diPietro Todd in Palo Alto and San Francisco. She completed her training in 2005 and became a stylist at diPietro Palo Alto.
Maia’s training involves advanced cutting courses at Vidal Sassoon Santa Monica and at the diPietro Todd Academy in San Francisco.
Loan started her career as a stylist and colorist in 1997 at Hubert Brown in Palo Alto. Since then she has continued to expand her knowledge in the field of hair coloring and styling attending Bumble&Bumble and Redken color, and cutting classes.
Loan loves listening to her client’s needs, as well as applying her 14+ years of expertise as a hair colorist and stylist for her clients.
